Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original product and place a new order separately.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us at support@riboregen.com within 7 days of delivery.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
