Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee international shipping, fulfillment, inventory movement, and operational coordination across global markets. This role requires someone who understands cross-border logistics, supply chain operations, warehouse coordination, customs processes, and eCommerce fulfillment systems. You should be comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment while proactively solving operational issues before they impact customers or business operations. Because eventually every shipment decides to develop a personality disorder the moment it reaches customs.
Responsibilities

Manage international shipping and logistics operations across the U.S., South Korea, Japan, and additional global markets
—
Coordinate with manufacturers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PL warehouses
—
Oversee inventory forecasting, replenishment planning, and warehouse stock movement
—
Manage fulfillment operations across Shopify, Amazon, and other marketplace channels
—
Resolve shipping delays, customs holds, carrier disputes, and delivery issues
—
Optimize shipping costs, fulfillment efficiency, and operational workflows
—
Maintain logistics documentation including invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork
—
Support operational planning for product launches, promotions, and international expansion
—
Develop scalable logistics systems and processes as the company grows
Qualifications
—
3+ years of logistics, supply chain, or operations management experience
—
Strong understanding of international shipping, customs processes, and fulfillment operations
—
Experience working with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify and Amazon Seller Central
—
Experience managing 3PL warehouses, freight providers, and inventory systems
—
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
—
Ability to manage multiple operational priorities under pressure
—
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with global partners
—
Experience working with Korean or Japanese suppliers/manufacturers is a plus
—
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, remote-first team
