14-Day Return Policy
We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery for products purchased directly from the official RIBOREGEN website.
To qualify for a return:
Products must be new or lightly used
Items should be returned in their original packaging when possible
Proof of purchase is required
All return requests are reviewed individually by our support team.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
Product must have been purchased directly from our official website
Order number or proof of purchase must be provided
For hygiene and safety reasons, heavily used, intentionally damaged, or unauthorized returns may not qualify for refund approval.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hi@riboregen.com.
We will work quickly to provide:
A replacement
Reshipment
Or refund solution when applicable

Ship approved returns securely using a trackable shipping method
Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for refund processing.
Refund Processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
